The Intel® SSU defaults to the " Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. For us to check this, could you please provide the following information?ġ- Screenshots showing the error message.Ģ- Steps on how you are trying to install Intel® DSA.ģ- Please run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) and attach the report to this thread.ģ.1- Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer.ģ.2- Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. However, we would like to take a look at this behavior. Also, it is worth mentioning that the information provided by Al.Hill is correct.
